About the Artist

Born Again Animal Rescue & Adoption is proud to partner with local pet portrait artist Jill Williams, whose distinctive artwork has become a growing attraction throughout Southern California. As a special thank you for saving a life through adoption, BAARA is pleased to provide adopters with a complimentary custom pet portrait created by Jill at no cost to the adopter.

In recognition of her generosity and ongoing support of rescued animals, Jill is a “Hall of Famer” by Born Again for donating her artistic talents to help celebrate rescued dogs and the families who adopt them.

Ms. Williams, 75, has spent years quietly painting animals of every kind imaginable. Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, and even farm animals have all appeared on her textured hardwood portrait panels over the years. We are grateful to now include her artwork as part of the Born Again Animal Rescue adoption experience — helping celebrate the special bond between adopters and their new companions.

Obtaining your Pet Portrait

Once your adoption is complete, you will receive a certificate that entitles you to a free pet portrait. The following is a sample of that certificate.



Just follow the instructions in the section How to Redeem on the certificate. The artist will send you your portrait once it's completed. Please allow at least six weeks for delivery.
